NATUROPATHY & ORAL HEALTHCARE PROGRAMME – Arogya Healthcare

Women in West Bengal are marginalised and vulnerable because of low literacy rates and a predominant gender bias. KSWCT aims to deliver sustainable healthcare to women and children at underprivileged area in this region through different Mother and Child Healthcare & Awareness Program / Project. Since, Mother & Child are main part of a family, and family is a part of a larger community. Accordingly, the plan is to cover all the three levels (child, family and community). The health services include advisory and awareness Programs in health related issues.

The project promotes community health, including advisory service on diarrhoea care, antenatal care, child nutrition and immunisation. We wish to provide education and disease awareness to the Village health workers. The project also aims to identify congenital abnormalities in high-risk pregnancy cases, especially neural tube defects and intrauterine growth retardation.
