FAMILY WELFARE AND AWARENESS PROGRAMME

Organization arranged for health checkup of the women through periodic Health Camp. The awareness for family welfare programmes was also created. The eligible couples were motivated to adopt the ways to control the birth rate. They were also advised to maintain a small family with two children and to have a gap in the birth of two children. They were also appraised to use condoms and oral pills to control the pregnancy, take deliveries in hospitals and to provide proper care for the women and infants. Awareness was also created for breast feeding.
